Today’s Horse Racing Odds: Tuesday 1st February

There are four meetings on the agenda on Tuesday afternoon with punters able to watch a total of 30 races from cards at Ffos Las, Limerick, Newcastle and Wolverhampton.

The opening card comes from Newcastle, where the going is good for a 12:20 start.

Betfred will pay up to five places in the 12:55 thanks to their “Extra Place” promotion, while a handicap chase contest at 15:00 is covered by Betfred’s “Free Bet if 2nd” promotion.

Punters can earn a free bet up to £10 if their selection comes second, and connections of Rolleruler (3/1) will hope their charge can go close as he drops down in class.

Newcastle’s eight-race card comes to a close at 16:00 with a novices’ handicap hurdle contest over two miles and seven furlongs.

The first of eight races at Limerick soon follow, where the going is yielding to soft.

A claiming hurdle starts proceedings at 13:10, while races at 13:40, 14:10, 15:40 and 16:10 are all covered by Betfred’s “Extra Place” promotion, with the card coming to a close at 16:40.

Ffos Las hosts seven races between 13:20 and 16:20, with the going at the Welsh track good to soft (soft in places).

Tuesday’s evening card comes from Wolverhampton, with seven races planned between 16:50 and 19:50.

The going is standard on the Allweather, and Betfred’s “Free Bet if 2nd” promotion is on offer in the opening contest.

Adrian Wintle sends Creek Harbour (7/2) to the Midlands track for the second time in quick succession, and the seven-year-old could run a big race after blowing off the cobwebs last time out.
